This 2018 Mac Mini is in good overall condition with minimal signs of use, including scratches. The scratches are primarily on the top of the device and are superficial, not affecting the performance of the computer in any way. Despite the cosmetic imperfections, the Mac Mini is in excellent working condition and comes with all the original accessories including a power cord, and Apple box (if it's available). It has been reset to factory settings and is ready for a new owner to set up and use.
